Global disruptions like geopolitical tensions, pandemics, energy crises, labour shortages, extreme weather events, and digitalisation have made businesses rethink how they plan, coordinate, and run production networks. Recent research (2020–2025) shows that resilience, sustainability, visibility, and digita
